Ordinex

About Ordinex

Built by an operator.For operators.

10+ years building eCommerce growth systems from the inside — $7M revenue, hundreds of thousands of SKUs, dozens of channels. Every decision still made in a spreadsheet. Ordinex is what I wish I had from the start.

Origin

“I’ve seen operators struggle with the same problem — from both sides of the table.”

At Fahasa.com, I managed eCommerce with a $7M/year P&L and 20+ staff. At Zoomcar Vietnam, I built the growth engine from zero — 5 teams, full data and channel stack. At every company, I saw the same gap: operators without the data layer, the sourcing infrastructure, or the tooling they actually needed.

Ordinex is the answer to that gap — built by someone who has stood on both sides long enough to know where the real problem is.

What we believe

Operators should make decisionswith data, not gut feeling.

Sourcing tools should be builtby operators, not investors.

The best infrastructure isinvisible until you need it.

I’ve spent 10+ years building eCommerce growth systems — from Fahasa.com with a $7M/year P&L, to Zoomcar Vietnam where I built the growth engine from scratch, to fintech and Web3 ventures. At every stop, I saw operators making critical decisions with bad data and tools that weren’t built for them.

“I’ve sat in front of every tool and still didn’t know what to order next week. That’s where Ordinex started.”
